Removing Access Rights to all Staff
You can remove all the existing access rights for a member of staff, except access to their own Mail.
To remove access:
- From Vision 3, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance and then the Staff Access tab.
- Right click on the name of the staff member whose access rights to mail you want to remove.
- Select Remove All.
- A 'Remove [staff name] 's access rights to ALL staff?' message displays.' Select Yes to confirm, or No to cancel the process:
